1. Assessment
GISU International School abides by the RTE and extends a warm welcome to any child willing to study in our school. During admission our Counsellor will conduct multiple sessions with a child to know about his/her goals, dreams and aspirations in life. This data is then put into our Ambition Grooming Software. This data is invaluable to train up a child effectively so that he/she may be able to realize their desired goals in life.
2. Placement Testing
Students must take a very simple admission test which is basically designed to evaluate the IQ and the academic strength of the child so that we may be better placed in helping our students.
3. Application Form
Admission forms may be collected from the School Office Reception between 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Admission forms can be downloaded from the Download section of Academics Menu or from the link provided below. Admission Forms may be collected after payment of Rs.200.00/-. In case forms downloaded from the internet payment has to be made during submission of Admission Forms.
GIS is operating under Sections 18/2 of Indian RTE Act 2009 & Rule 10(11) of West Bengal RTE 2012.
The Government of West Bengal, on June 19, 2013, granted GISU International School a provisional NOC as a CBSE / ICSE Institution.
Government, on November 25, 2013, released an order to grant GISU International School a permanent No Objection Certificate (NOC) No., 1483-SE(S)/6C- 4S/2013 up to Class XII.
